主要岗位职责：
1. Design and develop public safety software.
2. Review and document software design.
3. Perform unit, component and integration tests on software.
4. Write implementation proposal, test plans, etc.
5. Interface with systems engineers from other countries to understand the requirements.
任职要求
教育背景/专业 BS in Computer Science or Telecom required, MS preferred.
外语水平 Fluent in oral & written English.
行业背景 通信
工作年限 2年
技能要求
Technical Skills:
.Good knowledge of .NET framework and C# programming (if No C#, at least excellent programming skills in C++.).
.Experienced on Windows Programming.
.Familiar with Microsoft SQL Server.
.Object Oriented Analysis and Design skills.
.Knowledge of SIP, SDP, ISUP and VoIP is a plus.
.Understanding of wireless data communications concepts and protocols.
.Strong software skills and demonstrated software debugging skills.
其他
1.Must be a team player and able to work in an extremely fast pace, high-pressure environment.
2.Good communication skills and social abilities.
