Responsibilities:
1、High-performance video/graphics processing algorithm development targeted for visual quality enhancement
2、Running simulation/verification/validation on the algorithms against real-world environment to optimize the algorithms for robustness & quality
3、System design using HW/SW partitioning techniques to implement the algorithms for real-time applications
4、Technical leadership in product development cycle
5、Customer requirement and marketing requirement analysis
6、Product definition
Requirements:
1、Familiar with SW programming using C or assembly
2、Familiar with simulation tools & methodology such as Matlab
3、Strong experience in HW design & system design
4、Familiar with video coding standards such as MPEG1/2/4
5、Familiar with various image/video enhancement algorithms and techniquest such as scaling, frame rate conversion, noise reduction, image enhancement, etc.
6、Experience with test and measurement instruments for video.
7、Familiar with system partitioning methodology and methods
8、Strong background in digital signal processing and image enhancement
9、MS degree or above with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience
10、Project management skills are required
11、Good inter-person and communication skills, good in written and oral English.
